  • Actively engaged in the zonal sales with a strong business development, result orientated focus, embracing and advocating the company culture.
  • Responsible for hiring of proficient sales team, coordinating sales and monitoring activities of the employees to scale profits for the company in consideration.
  • Supporting National Heads with the cost center management of each branch, including the preparation, monitoring, management and reporting of budgets in a timely manner.
  • Monitor Sales and Action Plans for the regions and proactively support team members to achieve the objectives, ensuring emphasis on proactively seeking to identify partners needs and offer solutions through cross selling, up selling and thereby focusing on partner retention.
  • Ensuring and providing a high standard of advisory and client service by displaying friendly, responsive, courteous and effective communication to partners enquiries, increasing value to existing partners and prospective partners.
  • Ensuring the highest level of accuracy and professionalism is maintained while providing insurance services to the partners. This includes ensuring the timeframe for ‘payouts’ and processing of relevant documentation, in accordance with company policy and procedures.
  • Key responsibility is to ensure efficient operations of the branches within IRDA compliance framework.
  • While having strong thrust on seeking knowledge through intellectual framework, I would like to leverage my rich & strong background of business development skills, along with my relationship building skills, while increasing my learning opportunities, which will boost growth prospects for me and my company.
